PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

$350.00 per system 1-7 systems / $250.00 per system 8- up; plus trip/expense charges.

The following services are offered with the PM.

• Annually, Bi-annually and or Quarterly visits to customers site for inspection, calibration and maintenance.
• Before and after calibration readings.
• Cleaning of unit exterior.
• Cleaning interior and exterior optics
• Make adjustments if necessary to meet original factory specifications.
• Perform linearity check (Using a full range of gages traceable to NIST to make sure system is linear).
• Provide Certificate of Calibration.

SERVICE AGREEMENT

$550.00 per system (a savings of $450 - $750.00 should your equipment be sent in for repair).

Same provisions as the PM agreement with the following additional services:

• All inclusive one-year parts and labor warranty, with all repairs being completed at LaserGage Dimensions.
• Training sessions for your employees.
• Option for on-site repair for a trip/expense fee only.
