CALIBRATION (REMASTERING)

LaserGage Dimensions offers refurbished sales, repair and calibration of laser micrometers. Our calibrations are performed using standards that are traceable to United States National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).  All calibration reports included with the calibration conforms in accordance with ISO 9001 guidelines. LaserGage Dimensions is actively pursuing the ISO/IEC 17025 Certification, at this time we presently do not expect to obtain ISO/IEC 17025 Certification till end of 2023. I would be happy to email copies of all the forms we use for calibration for your approval. Although we are working on our ISO certification we would like you to know that we dont need to be ISO certified to perform repairs, you will find our repair rates less then industry standards.

Most calibration houses only use their standards to calibrate the unit and nothing more, we make sure the unit is not only calibrated but also working like it did when first purchased new by offering the following additional services:

• Depending on your internal audits we offer Annually, Bi-Anunually or Quarterly calibrations that will be performed at our facility or on-site at your facility.

• Before calibration readings (this lets you know if your unit was in spec and meeting the original factory specifications).

• Cleaning of unit exterior.

• Cleaning interior and exterior optics (dirty optics are a big factor in causing erroneous readings).

• Adjustments made if necessary to bring unit back to "like new" condition and to meet original factory specifications (over time the mechanical parts move due to loose hardware or replacement of any parts which requires re-alignment).

• Perform linearity check (Using a full range of gages traceable to NIST) will make sure the unit is linear thru out the measurement range.

• Provide Certificate of Calibration and sticker unit.
